We Got a New Puppy

That's right folks we got our 3rd puppy. His name is Porter (POR-D-ER). He is a Morkie (Maltese-Yorkie mix) He will only get to be 7-10 pounds. He does not really fit in with our Standard size Golden Doodles and they do not get him. To them Porter is a tiny chew toy. This is picture of Porter...

P.S My Golden Doodles' names are Scooby and Rosebud

PP.S Porter is in Scooby's cage. You could fit over 15 Porters in there.

2015 Book Challenge #9

Because of Winn-Dixie.  One summer Opal and her father, the preacher, move to Naomi, Florida. opal hates this new town and she finds it hard to make friends. Until one day, Opal goes into the Winn-Dixie the supermarket and a big, ugly, stray dog with a sense of humor and a incredible smile comes into Winn-Dixie and tackles the shop keeper. The shop workers are about to call the pond when Opal rushes in and lies about the dog being hers. To try to prove it Opal names the dog Winn-Dixie and leaves with her head held high.  Because of Winn-Dixie, the preacher tells Opal ten things about her absent mother, one for each year Opal has been alive. Opal spends all that sweet summer collecting stories about her new friends, and thinking about her mother (who ran away when Opal was 3). Can Opal live happy in this town after all just Because of Winn-Dixie?

2015 Book Challenge #8

I read I Even Funnier. Most of the book was funny, but WARNING: THIS BOOK SHOULD HAVE THE NICKNAME I DEPRESSING!!!!! I can't really tell you what is deppresing about because that would ruin a lot of surprises (Happy and Sad ones). This is the second book out of a 3 book series. The main caracter, Jamie, is a comedian who has a super funny life, but a super depressing life that is until he moves in until he gets to compete in Boston for a chance to go to Las Vegas to then to Las Vegas then to Hollywood to finally win the title of FUNNIEST KID ON THE PLANET. Does Jamie win FUNNIEST KID ON THE PLANET or will his dreams be crushed by fate find out in I Even Funnier.

2015 Book Challenge #7

I read The Summer Before Boys. It was about Julia (12) and her niece Eliza (12) (how did happen, LONG story, but I will tell anyway, Take a deep breath and get ready to read : So basically Lousia was born, then somthing happened to her mother when she was in her early 20s her dad got remarried, Lousia was also married to a guy named Bruce, shortly after he got remarried the couple was blessed by a baby girl they named Julia and around the same time Eliza was born into the family of Lousia, Julia's half sister, and her husband Bruce. Wow if I was telling you this face to face I would be out of breath) Julia and Eliza started out being friends, but then Julia met Michel and since then it has all been down hill. That is really all I can say, but this was a great book and you should try to read it sometime.
